Lupus

In modern Gaeran society, the lupus is the head of the Inustani state. The first lupus of Inustan was Rastafa, an inujin who by 609 EP had expanded his mark to include much of current-day Inustan. Declaring himself High Lupus, Rastafa named the new land Fidelupa, combining terms for Fideleo and High Lupus.

The term lupus has ancient roots. In the beginnings of pre-Inustani civilization, inujin formed tightly-knit hunting packs called acuerdos. The leader of the acuerdo was known as the lupus.
