Originally "the OOC list" was a .txt file full of quotes pulled from AIM chats, both RPs and otherwise, that were taken out of context--thus the name. It was maintained by pdRydia for a while, but eventually fell to the wayside in favor of other projects; now with the advent of the wiki, additions from others can quite easily be made.
