Celial Harvey

The first in the Harvey line of kings (Baron). When Celial came to power circa 915 BT, he put an end to the rule of the Baron family which had ruled since roughly 1188 BT.
Celial married Rosalia, who died while giving birth to their son, Derin Harvey. In memory to his wife, Celial ordered the construction of Port Rosalia.
