Inan

A surface settlement of Ka'thalar primarily populated by humans, located in the province of Reywa. Inan (ee-nan) is not only the capital of Reywa but also the largest city and primary port of the continent of Ka'thalar.

Inan resembles any large city on Igala and is probably most comparable to the Doman capital. The provisional governor of Inan answers directly to the Doman monarchy.
