Ze 'Appy Theemble is a tailorshop in Doma City, Doma, which provides excellent quality goods for ridiculously low prices. Clients are often just shoved into the dressing rooms, where a hefty woman with serene disregard for modesty will fwip them into their new clothing before shoving them out again. The people here wear red berets.
The owner of the shop is brother to the owners of Ze 'Appy Scissors and Ze 'Appy Trinket.
