Odin's Trail

Briefly

Odin's Trail is a large river which leads from Lake Leviathan to Baron's captial.

Popular Baronian legend holds that this river is the aftermath of Odin's first entrance into Igala. It is said that the riverbed was once an empty canyon; however, Odin lost his temper and, in rage, killed thousands as he lowered his blade in anger. He then wept for days, filling the river with his tears before sealing himself away to atone, one year for every life he took from his people.

Mist legend holds that when Leviathan appeared to the people of Mist, he overflowed the banks of Lake Leviathan, flooding the canyon and much else with his waters.
