Briefly
Isil is an underground town of drow near Enchufa. Technically within the borders of Doma, Isil governs itself autonomously, although its new government--ushered in during the 1310s by Kage Sentan--has direct diplomatic ties with the royal family. While Isil originally had a more traditional social setup, the revoluntionary Sentan has abolished the practices of slavery and subjugation of the lower classes.
The city of Isil first appeared in Archmage's In Pursuit of the Darkness.
