Parvo Dillidan

Parvo Dillidan is the Argovian responsible for designing the current government of the Dillidan Complex. Somewhat similar to The Woodlands in Igala, intellectuals rule the Dillidan Complex, determining what will be done in society by whom and how the country interacts with others.
