Portuna

Portuna is the nirvana- or heaven-like goal in the Alahi worship of Gaera.

There is an old saying which claims that, in order to repay debts which involve the invaluable, the debtor must repay fourfold. The meaning of the saying varies in context, but the most common interpretation, of course, is that the debtor will be unable to pay back their debt. This lends to the mythology that in order to reach portuna, one must pay back to Gaera her gift of life fourfold.
