Briefly
The Hanij River runs through Avon and is the major source of fresh water for the country's grasslands. The capital Loradan, which five thousand Avons call home, is situated around this river, and there has been talk of establishing a port at the mouth of the Hanij. All other towns in Avon are within a two day's ride of Loradan and, thus, the river.
