* [[Percille]]: [http://rpgww.org/rpstuff/board/riseoftheguild/ Rise of the Guild] 20 Nov 2001; "On the outside, Percille looked ordinary. Brick homes, people busying themselves with the hassles and pleasures of daily life. The produce cart vendor in the street. The blacksmith down the lane, renowned for his skills in the local area. The tailor who put together a wedding dress for the most recent ceremony [...] While it seemed peaceful enough, it was...an oppressive peace. The people were...not unfriendly, but seemed wary of strangers. And curiously enough, they seemed to congregate around the city's Magic Guild. Why?" Dec 2001 "It has been weeks since you proceeded on your journey. You learned many things in the city of Percille, where an evil force manipulated a Mage's guild into becoming a sign of oppression, and, by accident, you restored an ancient evil to power...with the powerful Rai Dia losing her amulet of Ryuugami in the process."

  • Bresford: "Kisone Serith, a white mage from the town of Bresford, has emerged as an advocate of a larger, better organised standing army, believing that the present one had failed to protect the people of Doma. Enchudor should be ready to stand alone should such a war occur again, he believes." "Jilana Res, also from Bresford, is perhaps the most charismatic of the three, and certainly enjoys the widest support. She advocates improved ties with Doma's neighbours, an increase in the trade between nations, and an improvement to Enchudor's infrastructure."
  • Caen: made by Daien?; "Sir Karl Leithan (Age: 26) Mayor of Caen, Running for Hyraldor after getting rid of a rebellion and slowly setting Caen back on its right tracks, Leithan plans to enhance trade and relations with the comparatively ignored Kalshana. He states that increasing the trade with this country would simultaneously raise the quality of life of Domans, and increase the fundings of the Doman coffers."
  • Faris: Small, sprawling farming town bordering the Forbidden Plains. Protected from the occasional strong winds from the Plains by a brick wall. First appeared in Of Fallen Icons.
