Jethro Tulley is a reaper in Reshtaha's service. In 1315, he began a ten year sabbatical from the service for undisclosed reasons (it is presumed he just needed a break from his work). By 1335, he is back working for Reshtaha, "currently" training Zea Mazuo in the reaping arts.
He reaps using a lasso, and is usually tasked with capturing souls resistant to crossover.
