It began as a four page comic, with a formula similar to Daily Dinosaur Comics.  It then progressed to a sort of copy-and-paste fest featuring a mixable and matchable assortment of characters and backdrops.  Recently, there has been some more artful direction to the comic, with individually drawn frames.
