A system that relies on good writing and common goodwill than numbers and rolls. Freestyle is just that-free of anything but imagination.
Naturally, this can cause problems. And has caused problems. There have been RPs where people have completely destroyed Doma, Igala, and half of life as we know it. Naturally, this type of RP is ignored by most of RPGWW.
However, this is the system of choice for most minor RPs, such as Character Interaction RPs. A few GMed RPs as well, but mostly with GMs who know their players well enough-and trust them well enough-to behave. It can be fun, and less restrictive than Philsys, but has far less structure and can be purely hit or miss.
