Briefly
A mountain located in the severe northeast of Riva. It lies within the Shuman Mountains. Hell's Peak is located, as one might imagine, in a terribly unwelcoming place--so far north, it is terribly cold, icy, and inhospitable. During the coldest seasons, Hell's Peak is also home to a few stray wyverns--beasts, surely, but intelligent enough to get away from the Valthi killsquads.
Hell's Peak itself is much the same as the landscape surrounding it--icy and unwelcoming--if a little black and charred-looking. One could only tell the difference in color during the warmest seasons, when the snow and ice are thinner, if not sparse, or by getting close up to the mountain.
The isolation is useful. Within Hell's Peak is a portal to the Underrealm. It has been used, previously, by Hakaril Silvar and Sirvix Malone, amongst a few of their comrades.
