Gozo
Part of the Beldad island chain and one of the three principle islands. Gozo is the most populated of these and is home to the cities of Sharese and Paradyse.
Many of the first elected officials came from Gozo, and having no desire to move to another island, the capital of Beldad resides here, specifically in Paradyse. Paradyse is so named for its tourist business; suffering from the Beldad work ethic as it does, one will not find particularly attentive or timely service in the city. However, Paradyse is nonetheless full of fun places to visit, such as oddity shops, museums, boat tours of other islands, and so on.
Sharese is an inland city and built around the Sharese Ruins, which have been roped off and fully explored. A number of historians are currently examining them, cataloging as much as they can. Some of these researchers have established Berryll University to help raise funding for their activities. The school has slowly flourished, beginning to gain recognition in Argovia. Subjects taught include history, anthropology, and archeology, though other professors are beginning to teach other subjects. Courses in magic are not offered.
