Fort Eagle Rock

Also known as "The Vulture's Roost," Fort Eagle Rock is located on the peninsula to the south of Port Rosalia. The penal colony earns its nickname from the fate of its prisoners: whatever their supposed sentence, no criminal sent to Eagle Rock comes back. Exceptions exist but are very rare.
