Capital District
Colena's District 5, aka the Capital District, is known to be the district of Old Money. There are a number of people living here who are fascinated by the idea of education for education's sake, and can indulge themselves in this because someone in the family, down the line, made the good gil. That is not to say, however, that no one in the district gets off their butt to do anything.
People here are domestic and international merchants, farmers, students and apprentices, and artisans.
