Briefly

The Broken Tail of Doma City is a healing house run by Nergal Weiss. Built after the Malachian War, it's located on the same street that Kotoki's Inn was before the war.

Nergal is a demon who is known to share her healing abilities, which are as easy to use on demons as celestials or anyone else. Theoretically she works for a price, but when a customer can't pay, it's no big deal to her. However, Nergal will not help a known criminal under any circumstance, even when life or death are on the line.
