Black Tower

Briefly

A black tower lays within the forest outside of Doma City. This tower appeared one normal, sunny day--while it has been explored several times, its purpose has yet to be discovered. The tower vanishes without a trace on days when it is raining or snowing, then returns when the weather is fair again.
