Tristes
"The islands of Tristes are home to the Peli bastets. There are over a dozen tribes all over the island system but they generally tend to get along with each other. The Peli bastet often get travelers from all over because of their beautiful islands. It's a popular vacation spot.
"Tristes is a crescent-shaped island, and in the crook of the crescent is one of the many whirlpools that can be found all over Argovia. The Peli Whirlpool often brings with it relics and various other things from the sunken island of Marispola. Scientists, mages, and treasure hunters all come to Tristes to find fortune in the mysterious items washed ashore.
"The strangest thing ever found was the broken part of a tower. It's still in Tristes.
"Because Tristes is where a lot Marispola's old junk gets washed ashore, the Tristes bastets tend to be amicable; they get a lot of visitors and merchants looking to buy some of the old trinkets. It's a mostly very tropical island and the bastets there live in the canopy of the rainforest. The treetowns of Tristes are well known."
