Blackpaw

The theoretical ruler or head of Forfeit Isle, the nekojin pirate Blackpaw is a ladies' lover--or chaser, at the least. He offers the docks and lands of the isle open to his fellow pirates, claiming that it is too boring to be without their company. A free port being nothing to sneeze at, Forfeit Isle has become a popular pirate haven--a spot to come to for recuperating, relaxing and restocking, before returning once more to the waters. Although technically in charge, Blackpaw seldom gives orders and the inhabitants of the isle seldom listen to him.

Blackpaw lives in his own home, made from the cabin of an old ship. It is located a short distance from the main town, and downwind of the larger sources of Forfiet Isle's pungent odor--suiting the nekojin just fine.
