Reshtara 21 is Hug an Angel Day, which is like All Saints Day--a holiday whose meaning is mostly forgotten.
These days, Hug an Angel Day--or Hug Day--is a Valentine's Day-esque celebration for the majority of Gaerans; people take advantage of the day to honor the 'angel' in their life with hugs and attention.
