The capital of Colena, Ica Ilama sits near the Brine, the island's largest lake. Damndably, the Brine is--as you might guess--a saltwater lake.
History
The modern Ica Ilama has been built over the ruins of the previous Ica Ilama, which was completely covered in lava and ash after Mount Chóle's last eruption. The name is derived from the draconic word and the drow word for 'olive tree,' a plant native to the island.
