Essentially, a rough, abstract measurement of a person's supposed awesomeness or clout in relation to online community activites.  For example, someone with a large post-count on the forums is said to have a large e-penis, whereas someone who's had their ass soundly kicked in a debate or an RP is said to have a "shrunken" or "wounded" e-penis.  This measurement is almost never applied in exact terms, but rather in relative terms like "huge," "gargantuan," "epic," or "infinitesimal."  This is likely due to the fact that the measurement is never taken seriously, and is generally used in trash-talking, compliments, [[metawikipedia:wikipedia:pimp#Etymology and other uses of the term|pimping]] of oneself or others, and pseudo-philosophical discussion.
