He gains ranks in Shield and Shortspear equal to his ranks in Wind Magic while this ability is active; the damage associated with the spear is currently unknown. It has no time limit, but can only be activated once a day.
[Innate] Elemental Shift (1 TP) - If Algernon is in contact with enough of some element, he can shift himself to that element.
[Wind] Elemental Magic (Varies) - Create some effect related to wind magic.
