Arkot Mastel is a Paladin of Mithra, his title is the Eye. Ironically, he is missing one of his eyes, which he uses an eyepatch to cover up. Arkot will tell you that he lost the eye when he pledged his service to Mithra, and that his good eye sees the present, while the bad eye sees the future. Whether or not this is true is not known. Arkot is not so much a fighter as a priest of the Mithril Order, though his technical ranking is Paladin. He is fairly inexperienced with close combat, prefering to stay at a distance and chuck spells. However, even his spell repetoire is pretty weak. Instead, Arkot uses his natural charm and fast talking to resolve conflicts.
Arkot usually wears a white robe, along with a quarterstaff that he partially uses for depth perception. He is usually willing to help out people, though he is sensitive about his eye, or lack therof. He's heard all the jokes, and doesn't enjoy the fact that his title has to silently mock him.
However, Arkot is a good man to have on your side. He can tell you what's going to happen shortly before it does, which helped more than once in the Malachian Wars. Arkot maintains a place of honor in the Mithril Order, and is well recieved.
