I removed a bunch of text from the equipment section simply because it referred to old rules and was wrong. I'm not sure if was a copy and paste leftover or if someone went back and put it in there after my rewrite, but in any case, it's gone.

I still need to figure out where to explain the rule about adding weapon ranks to AT/PA, because I don't think it's explained anywhere and it has a tendency to confuse people for some reason no matter how I word it. -- [[User:Archmage|Archmage]] 14:13, 23 March 2006 (PST)
