Rastafa, [[lupus]] of a clan of [[acuerdo]]s in pre-[[Inustan]]i, began a campaign to expand his clan's mark in 578 EP. His powerful pack began in the north and spread like a mist over the other marks. Rastafa's mix of charisma, kindness, but ruthless determination helped him to defeat the other lupi and quickly gain the loyalty of the [[inujin]].

As his power amassed, Rastafa allowed the previous lupi to control their old territories under the stipulation that they did so in his name. When at last in 609 he had gained control of the entire inujin territory, he declared himself High Lupus and returned to the north. The collective territories were called [[Fidelupa]], after [[Fideleo]] and the ''lupus.'' Fidelupa would later be renamed Inustan by [[Lupus Kee Kiskele]].
