State Chief Maarkus Aareli

Maarkus Aareli became the first State Chief of Alahana in 1210 EP. A year earlier, the various tribes of Alahana, each with their own chieftains, had decided that the best interest for the Alahi was to unite the people and their land. For this purpose, elections ran for one year, with Aareli being chosen as the head of state. His hometown, Bourswa, was renamed Alahama and became the capital of Alahana.
