So why do we have this group instead of Category:Gaera Main Groups? It seems to serve more or less the same purpose. Was it to include groups and organizations from other settings?

Truthfully, I had completely forgotten that Gaera Main Groups was there until today--I made this category because I thought there wasn't a category for the concept. ::cough::

Today when I tripped over the other, I consolidated the two by the quickest route (GMG had two items in it). I like that this specifies that it's groups of people, as opposed to, say, collections of artifacts, murders of crows, etc., but, yeah. It's not the best category name in the world. Nor do I suspect people'd confuse it much with an explanation at the top of the category page. I wouldn't mind renaming it. Thoughts? --Dia 14:44, 17 February 2007 (PST)

I don't know; I'd likely just rename it back to what it was. Gaera Main Groups pretty much gets it across, and I'm not certain it really needed to be changed in the first place. The other alternative would just be Category:Groups and Organizations. My only trepidation is that now there are a whole pile of things that would need to be changed, and I wouldn't feel right asking you to go through and do all that. --Kai 06:18, 22 February 2007 (PST)
